Fusion Bags to support charity event for Peace #MyUkeForPeace
The atrocities that occurred in Paris last week have made a lot of people feel helpless and fearful. This causes many of us to lose sight of happiness and the good in humanity.
Parisien ukulele artist and Fusion endorser Adrien Janiak has been deeply affected by the recent terrorist attacks in his home town. He has decided to organise a charity event that celebrates music to help people find hope and show solidarity at this difficult time.
The event will take place on
Sunday 22nd November 2015 at Pomme en Colimaçon in Paris.
Fusion is donating gig bags and other merchandise to help raise funds.
Adrien Janiak announces: "There will be a line-up of performances by many different artists and a raffle to raise money and reach as many people as possible. The funds raised will be donated to victims of terrorist attacks and to support the organisation Ukulele For Peace.
Grab your ukulele or any other instrument and join us for a big music marathon in Paris and if you can't join us in Paris then send us your videos to share your music and thoughts with us."
Nicole Szekeres, Marketing Director of Fusion states: “We all need hope and happiness to face the future and to focus on the good things in life after such a tragedy. The terrorist attacks have nothing to do with religion or culture. There is no bad religion, only bad people. Music is a wonderful tool to bring people with different cultures, beliefs and nationalities together to experience emotions and creativity. Music is known to be a good healer, especially after traumas. This is why Fusion is supporting the event #MyUkeForPeace and is encouraging everybody who can help to get involved. Musicians who can’t attend the event in Paris are encouraged to send their video message in support of the charity event and to support the victims of the terrorist attack.”
